In January a couple of residents organised a litter pick along the A338 resulting in 5 bin bags of rubbish being removed. In February the target was the Bodenham slip road and through the short loop back out to the A338, collecting another 3 bin bags of rubbish.
These two litter picks have proved quite successful in tidying up the villages and also have been very enjoyable for those that have taken part.
The Parish Council has also provided litter picking equipment to residents that have requested it, we have a few spares so if you’d like some equipment then please email us at enquiries@odstock-pc.org.uk and of course if you’d like to join us on the next litter pick (pencilled in for 26th March at 2pm) then please also get in touch to register your interest.
